Our new Agency business model was created in Jan 2020 when COVID-19 forced many industry changes and like most we were also unaffected. Like most, we used our down-time to take stock, re-brand and change direction to suit the new industry demands. We use a state of the art software system, and have 5 separately managed divisions all operating under different company umbrellas allowing us to help artists transition from newcomers to experienced and established artists. There are no fees for newcomers, supporting artists, models, or Influencers. Partnering with a large Media Company enabled us to take our goals into the next century and was when our Influencers Division was born.
We meet all new Featured Artists allowing us to have a more personable relationship with them. Our Directors compliment our business model perfectly as photographers, videographers and having had full-time theatre school and teaching experience.
Sadie has been studio director for over 10 yrs, and uses her editing skills to manage our very new and extremely important Media Department. We are the only agency currently operating a stand alone Media division with a new look moving forward after COVID, which forced many changes in the industry. These positive changes have been the making of our new business model, during what has been a very difficult time for all but has helped us grow from strength to strength.
