This form is to be used strictly by those invited to submit a self tape as part of their commercial (Featured Artists) application.

Our director and Bizzy Coach will make their final assessment once received and then contact you with their decision.

Step 2 - Send the film to yourself using www.wetransfer.com

Step 3 - Complete the form below and add the url (link) for the wetransfer file where instructed on the form

Alternatively, you can add the film to youtube (making it not viewable to public) and add that link instead

INSTRUCTIONS

Children 4 - 6yrs
1. Please state clearly your name, age and tell us about your favourite toy/pet/teacher/holiday etc.
2. Tell us a nursery rhyme, or a joke.

Children 7 – 12yrs
1. Please state clearly your name, age and tell us about your favourite toy/pet/teacher/holiday/ hobby etc.
2. Narrate an age appropriate monologue or, poem of your choice.
3. (Optional) – 1 chorus & 1 verse of a song of your choice.

Teens - 13 – 17 years
1. Please state clearly your name, age, location and tell us a bit about yourself – hobby’s/ interests/ skills etc.
2. Narrate an age appropriate monologue or poem of your choice.
3. Show us any skills and talents.
4. (Optional) – 1 chorus & 1 verse of a song of your choice.

18yrs+
1. Please state clearly your name, age, location and tell us a bit about yourself – hobbies/ interests/ skills/ work etc.
2. Narrate an age appropriate monologue of your choice.
3. Show us your skills and talents.
4. (Optional) – 1 chorus & 1 verse of a song of your choice.
5. Please include your CV if you have one.
