As a multi-award-winning agency with 30 years in the industry, Bizzy Agency has long been approached by journalists and producers looking for experienced comment and insight into the world of child talent and modelling.

Founder Debi Clark and the agency have appeared on BBC News, Sky News, ITV's This Morning, Channel 5, national and local radio, as well as in numerous newspaper and magazine features. We were also the sole focus of the four-part Channel 4 documentary series The Tiny Tots Talent Agency, which followed our agency, children and families over the course of a year.

From very humble beginnings in a small home office, Bizzy grew into a large studio-based agency in South London/Kent before moving to Rochester in 2015, where we operated from four acres of film and photography space.

For many years we were able to offer clients far more than traditional agency representation, with our own talent, studio facilities, locations and experienced creative team all under one roof. That experience gave us a valuable understanding of both sides of the industry — representing artists and understanding exactly what clients need from them.

The industry changed enormously during and after 2020, with self-tapes, remote auditions and online casting becoming part of everyday working life. Bizzy evolved with it.

Today the agency remains proudly family owned and is run by Debi's daughter, Sadie Bloomfield, who leads Bizzy Agency as Director. With a modern approach, strong industry knowledge and three decades of experience behind us, we continue to move the agency forward while staying true to the values it was built on.
